InfoDyne's Entitlement System

InfoDyne’s Entitlement System is the most complete yet easy to use market data entitlement, authentication and audit system available today. With this service, InfoDyne implementations have the ability to authenticate user applications connecting to the system and entitle access to all data throughout the system, supporting a generation of usage reports that have been certified by the exchanges. InfoDyne provides a complete solution to enforce complex rules that assure full compliance.  Furthermore, use of InfoDyne's comprehensive entitlements, authentication and auditing features produces no degradation of service with regard to throughput or latency.

As exchange data administration policies grow stricter, deploying a thorough entitlement, authentication and auditing system grows significantly more important. InfoDyne's comprehensive product suite clarifies your view into your market data system and gives you intimate and effortless control over your users, applications, and the data they are entitled to access. InfoDyne's TPS Plus deployments provide selectively entitled distribution to a large and dynamic user community using simple, intuitive administrative controls. It also integrates easily with your other in-house systems, providing seamless control and administration.

System Components:
Entitlements Service
InfoDyne's Entitlement Service is an open, scalable and flexible platform that supports enforcement of rights to access market data. This Entitlement Service interacts transparently with the distribution infrastructure to authenticate users and requests as they arrive. The Entitlement Service gives the administrator the ability to enforce data policies based on data source, instrument name, or data content (e.g. an asset class maintained by individual data servers). The Entitlement Service is administered via a back-end database. Any number of database systems is supported, relieving the customer of the burden of managing diverse databases and tools required for the operation of multiple aspects of an enterprise system. Any updates performed automatically propagate themselves to the active system.
Object Distributor
InfoDyne's distribution infrastructure acts as the window for client applications into the universe of data available within a TPS Plus system deployment. This infrastructure consists of a network of Object Distributor components that can securely enforce login, instrument set and data volume rules.  All client applications must operate through these object distributors to receive data.  These distributors perform username/password/IP address verification for each client login.
Permissioning Database
Our entitlement system utilizes standard third-party database technology to manage permissioning and statistical information. Use a standard data interface to easily integrate the InfoDyne entitlement system within an existing architecture or use InfoDyne’s Desktop Permissioning Assistant to configure the enterprise system directly.
Desktop Assistant
InfoDyne provides an out-of-the-box desktop permissioning tool to simplify system configuration.  View and update your system-wide permissioning data quickly and easily from a single point of control.

Administrative Desktop
InfoDyne's Administrative Desktop provides a hierarchical system-wide view into a TPS Plus deployment.  This Windows-based interface paints a clear picture of services, clients and distribution components that are active.  The user may drill down into various components to determine how long a user has been logged in and how much data has been consumed.
User Log
The InfoDyne entitlement infrastructure keeps a usage log that records a history of various entitlement events. These logs provide a comprehensive audit of every request received, successful or otherwise, allowing the monitoring of client log ins, duration of activity, instrument set, and timing. Usage logs can be archived for future system market data audits. Statistics for usage reporting can be collected at the group, user, or IP address level. From this information, external tools can generate data audits and change reports.  Usage statistics can be exported to a database or any off-the-shelf reporting tool in order to create customized reports for exchanges, vendors, compliance, etc.
