InfoDyne Provides Consolidated Order Book Server Combining NASDAQ & ECN Depth of Book

Chicago (March 7, 2005) – InfoDyne Corporation, a leading provider of direct exchange feed ticker plant technology that is essential to algorithmic trading, today announced the availability of a Consolidated Order Book Server providing the ability to see consolidated depth of book information across multiple markets by combining NASDAQ’s TotalView with the ArcaEx, INET, and BRUT order book feeds. The new server is the latest addition to the growing list of servers and capabilities available for InfoDyne’s TPS+Plus direct feed ticker plant system.

Key features of the server include flexible data models and the ability to publish data in multiple ways including: fully aggregated market size at each price, partial aggregation showing aggregate size at price in each market center, or consolidation without aggregation. Users of older market data distribution systems can choose to view the top-n price levels for a given book, while those supporting more advanced data models, such as InfoDyne’s TPS+Plus Middleware2, can also see dynamic spreadsheet-like grids containing full depth of book information.

“InfoDyne’s TPS+Plus ticker plant system has consistently set the standard for product innovation to meet evolving market requirements and, with our new Consolidated Order Book Server, we are pleased to do so again.” said Guy Tagliavia, President of InfoDyne. “The OTC market has become so fragmented, the only way to see the full market is to merge the order books from each of the major liquidity pools. If SEC Reg NMS moves the listed market in this direction, we’ll have a ready solution to expand market coverage.” added Tagliavia.

The Consolidated Order Book Server will be a feature product when InfoDyne exhibits TPS+Plus at Incisive Media’s “Dealing With Technology 2005 – The cutting edge: Back to IT innovation” scheduled for the Union League Club, New York, on March 16 (www.dwt-event.com).

Like all TPS+Plus components, the Consolidated Order Book Server may be scaled across multiple servers to accommodate virtually unlimited message rates, can be provisioned on existing market data systems, and is available for the Sun® Solaris, Linux, and Microsoft® XP operating systems.
