Guy Tagliavia, President & CEO
Guy Tagliavia founded InfoDyne Corporation in 1992 with a commitment to develop the next generation of real-time enterprise software technology. Through Guy's vision, InfoDyne's software products today include a powerful combination of Middleware, TPS+Plus: Ticker Plant, and EMS+Plus: Execution Management Systems technology for the Securities Industry. Guy's vision was realized through 25 years of Securities Industry experience in business, management, and engineering activities. Guy has grown InfoDyne organically and has maintained cash flow positive returns since inception. Today, InfoDyne is recognized as the pioneer in the low latency market offering proven technology, quality products and superior customer service.
Previous to founding InfoDyne, Guy spent 8 years as a director at Reuters, where, among other activities, he oversaw the development of all TRIARCH Datafeed Terminating Products for Reuters Integrated Data Network (IDN). Prior to Reuters, Guy started his career with Rich Inc. and was involved in the conception and development of Triarch, the first totally digital trading floor and market data distribution system for the financial markets. Guy served as R&D Engineer, an Advanced R&D Engineer, an R&D Manager of System Software, and Director of Special Developments. Guy holds both a Master's and Bachelor's of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology.
Falke Bruinsma, SVP Research & Development
Falke Bruinsma heads InfoDyne's Research and Development group. Since 1999, Falke has been instrumental in guiding InfoDyne’s technology, product development and implementation efforts. Prior to InfoDyne, Falke founded Innersource Computer Services providing web hosting and development services. Among other projects, Falke was responsible for the first FAA Approved Pilot Certification website serving the nation with pilot certification testing. Falke came to InfoDyne after a joint consulting project with InfoDyne where he helped develop an online trading interface, streaming quotes and order routing systems. Falke is a seasoned Computer Scientist and holds a Master's and Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology.
Bob Barton, VP Sales
Bob Barton heads up sales for InfoDyne. He is responsible for increasing InfoDyne’s customer base in NY and the East Coast, and supporting the sales effort globally. Bob’s background is one of a sales leader who secures clients through the establishment of long-term relationships and trust. He has proven expertise in sales management, direct sales, contract negotiations, and strategic relationship management. Bob is a deal maker who has consistently exceeded sales targets, covering various size U.S. financial institutions, including most major ones, as well as European clients, both on the “buy and sell side”. He has a broad knowledge of financial market data including fixed income, equities, futures, and options, as well as a fundamental knowledge of the vendors that are the backbone to the financial information industry: exchanges, distribution systems, software and data companies. Prior to joining InfoDyne, he held similar positions at TradeWeb, Tullett, and MDC.
Konrad Dryl, VP Development and Operations Management
Konrad Dryl has over 25 years of financial technology and development experience. At InfoDyne, Konrad heads InfoDyne's Operations and Client Systems group, and is also a key member of the Research and Development team. Prior to joining InfoDyne, Konrad lead the Trading Systems group at Townsend Analytics in Chicago, a technology arm for the Archipelago Exchange and Terra Nova Trading, where he was responsible for design and deployment of the first electronic exchange and supporting infrastructure for smart order routing and complex order types. Earlier, he served as a Vice President of Product Development at Rich, later Reuters, where for over 15 years he was a part of the original Rich/Reuters TRIARCH project, the first totally digital trading floor and market data distribution system for the financial markets. Konrad holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Warsaw.
Evan Theodoropoulos, VP Project Management
Evan Theodoropoulos heads InfoDyne’s Project Management. Evan has 30 years of real time technology development experience in telephony and financial markets, including 16 years of management experience. Prior to InfoDyne, Evan was VP of Development for Hyperfeed Technologies where he directed the development of HTPX, a high capacity low latency direct exchange ticker plant that powered some of the premier US options Exchanges. Prior to Hyperfeed Technologies Evan worked for 15 years at Reuters Information Technologies in various capacities ranging from Principal Engineer, to Development Manager , to Director of Architecture. In this capacity he oversaw the development of TRIARCH, DACS, SSL and various research projects. Previous to Reuters, Evan worked in the telephone switching industry as a software engineer engaged in the development of control and call processing software for AT&T Bell Laboratories and GTE Automatic Electric. Evan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from UIC and a Master’s of Science degree in Computer Science from Northwestern University.
