Level 1 of our Solutions Partnership Program (SPP) is our staple support offering which includes standard support coverage.  Levels 2 and 3 of our SPP, administered by InfoDyne through remote access to customer systems, lead into further discussion regarding our Managed Services Program.

The InfoDyne Managed Services Program is our most comprehensive service.  Enlisting in our Managed Services Program means that InfoDyne is the operations team that will manage it - we not only provide the technology to support your ticker plant system, we run it for you!  The InfoDyne Operations team can provide continuous 24X7 monitoring and management of your ticker plant providing you with predictable operating costs and services levels (SPP Level 2).
 
Furthermore, we can provide the SLAs to back it up (SPP Level 3).
